House style
NME's house style layout is always very compact and busy. They include many images on their front cover, to look full and over flowing. It sometimes looks as though they can not fit everything on to the page. The NMW masthead is always located in the top left hand corner of the page. The language used on the front cover is very informal and chatty. They speak to the reader as though they are a mate, this relaxes the reader and makes the information more interesting.
